Contacts

New:

  • Propared now indicates how many Projects will be affected when deleting Contacts from the Address Book

Project Central

Fixed:

  • Improved navigational functionality for Collaborators invited to view Projects    

Subscriptions

Fixed:

  • Improved Billing History view on Subscriptions page    
  • Improved functionality when using a coupon for Group Subscriptions    

Team

New:

  • Hover-over text to identify Owner, Administrator, and Project Manager icons    
  • Ability to add Places and Spaces directly to Team using Add Team Member    
  • Ability to specify phone and email when adding a new contact to a Project Team    
  • Ability to identify "related organization" for Places and Spaces in a Project Team    

Fixed:

  • Owners, Administrators, and Project Managers are not removed from Project Team when using swap Contacts feature    
  • Owners, Administrators, Project Managers are no longer removed after swapping for a new Contact created on-the-fly    
  • Improved navigation when viewing Projects across both Individual and Group Portfolios    
  • Improved system response messaging when editing, deleting, or changing views    
  • Added “preferred name” field to the detail sidebar    
  • Improved functionality of “swap” feature for Spaces    

Timeline

New:

  • Ability to include notes when adding new Tasks to the Timeline

Fixed:

  • Deleting contacts created on-the-fly also deletes linked tasks that were created at same time
  • Existing Contacts are no longer deleted when adding new Contacts to Tasks in bulk
  • Places and Spaces Contacts that are created on-the-fly will no longer display duplicate entries
  • Contacts are no longer duplicated when created on-the-fly while adding multiple events
  • Various user interface improvements across the Timeline display

Work Calls & Bookings

Fixed:

  • Administrators can edit Work Calls in Archived Projects    
  • Improved functionality when batch editing Bookings    
  • Improved functionality of detail sidebar panel when editing Work Calls    
  • Scroll bar no longer resets to top when clicking between Bookings    
  • Sidebar panel is no longer hidden while editing a Work call that does not use Bookings    
  • Hyperlinked text area for contacts no longer extends beyond contact name    

Paperwork

New:

  • Items referenced in Paperwork no longer display duplicate records on the Team, Timeline, and Work Calls screens
  • Contact group names in Contact Lists no longer require a required field
  • Contact Lists can now show or hide the Department and Organization columns
  • Added a "toggled on" state to Compare Paperwork button
  • Published Paperwork Emails now displays names of all shared with recipients in “Sent To” field
  • Published Paperwork email layout redesign and readability improvements for Contacts Lists, Schedules, Call Sheets, and Reports

Fixed:

  • Various usability improvements across navigational elements including the detail sidebar
  • Various usability improvement for creating, viewing, publishing, and comparing Paperwork
  • Printing paperwork no longer produces an extra blank page
  • Improved functionality for Published Paperwork when clicking the direct URL in emails
  • Improved Schedule calendar feed functionality when viewing in a third-party calendar
  • Calendar events no longer displaying as next-day when event start time is UTC 00:00
  • All editable fields are now displayed when creating a new Call Sheet
  • No longer show an empty Notes field when clicking “Create Call Sheet from Work Call”
  • Improved usability when viewing Contact lists via the “Compare with publish version”
  • Multiple Contact Lists without names will no longer be merged together
