How to Update a Contact's Availability

This article explains how to update a Contact's Availability.

This is especially useful when using the Contact in conjunction with Bookings as Propared will automatically display any potential conflicts based on this unavailability information.

1. Navigate to the Contacts Screen, Select a Contact, and click the "update" button

2. Add dates and times that the contact is unavailable

Availability
  1. Click on the "Availability" icon or just scroll down.
  2. Add dates and times that the contact is unavailable
  3. Click "Add"

You can add as many as you want.

3. Save

Save

Once you're done, click the green check mark to save!
